The post office had misplaced the item for several days but that's totally their fault and not the seller , actually the seller went above and beyond , the item came in perfect condition, and we are more than pleased with the product . They used fast shipping too (despite the usps having an error , we appreciate the effort on sellers part ) and the item was packaged with care . Highly recommend this seller thanks so much .
