Kamla was lovely to work with. She answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns that I had. The shipping was quick, (but my shipment from PoshMark was delayed due to the holiday). I also had the necklace authenticated at the boutique (note: not all SAs or boutiques will do this) - super happy to have had double authentication! I have been wearing the necklace since it arrived.
