What a wonderful and honest seller. After I purchased she notified me she noticed a flaw and said I could cancel. I loved the shoes and told her I would like to still purchase them if we could figure something out. Since we couldn’t knock a few dollars off she sent me a gift to use to fix the flaw! She went above and beyond! Honesty in this kind of situation (and any really) is so important. I really appreciate you Karen!
