The positive was shipping was fast purse was packaged well, came with shopping bag and dust bag included. Negative is purse did not have the correct Tory Burch store tag attached to the inside of bag, the tag on the purse reads Miller mini bucket bag in the color Deep daffodil which is not at all correct. When I tried to contact the seller about the incorrect tag I got no response or explanation from the seller. The seller is not helpful or responsive to there buyers. The only reason that I am not returning the bag is because it was a gift and could not find another in the same color.

The bag is beautiful and I absolutely love it. Only issue was minor communication issue about shipping but still deserves 5 stars! Thank you very much for selling me this gorgeous bag. I plan to purchase another bag from you very soon!! 😊😊
