Perhaps I'm biased because I recieved another package at the same time I got these, but I was extremely pleased with everything. The boots were exactly as advertised, pretty much brand new in every respect, they were packaged in beautiful tissue paper and there was a sweet handwritten note in the box as well. Thank you so much for all the effort and personalization. The experience was worlds better than my other one and it meant a lot.
