Kayla went above and beyond for me! A couple items could not be located amidst the chaos of moving, so she offered to replace them with some other items of higher value. She more than made up for the inconvenience, as I received my two favourite pieces of the bunch, plus even more outfits than I had originally ordered! Much appreciated <3 shipping was also very fast
