Kaylee is a sweetheart. Even though my package was shipped in good time, she apologized for it not being shipped out sooner. And even more shocking, she was apologetic because she had been a dealing with the aftermath of a tornado! Who in their right mind worries about an order at a stressful time like that? She’s a sweetie and has books that I love that are in excellent condition and she makes the whole experience worth it.
