It came packaged beautifully wrapped with a bow and inside of a box that was also wrapped. I felt like I was getting a Christmas gift! Thank you for the thoughtfulness of nicely packaging it and also adding a sweet note!

Took a little longer to ship than I like but apologized in a note stating it was because she was making them clean for me! Packaged the shoes beautifully and well protected! Thank you so much for cleaning them they look great!
