She is a wonderful five star seller, and her items are so pretty. She is friendly and knowledgeable and is consistently patient, prompt, helpful and thorough in all of her reply messages. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the item, prior to purchasing. This has been a fantastic buying experience...my item was carefully and securely folded and then placed inside a large box, to preclude crushing during transport.
