Bag in great condition, I buffed out a few scratches in the leather, but overall, it is a great bag and it still had reminisces of being brand new... original Care COACH instruction card and zipper pulls still covered to prevent scratches or damage. I would definitely shop from this seller again. I am very happy with this purchase.
