The product is lovely and as described. Unfortunately, it was put in a cardboard mailer without protection and it got damp. Clothes should always be put in plastic or a smaller box before being put in the larger mailer box. Not to mention, cutting open the mailer can damage the clothes. Unfortunately, it also smells of cigarette smoke. This could be from the delivery person, so I won’t give a poor rating.
