I am so sorry for the problems. There was a mix up on a few ends. I did get a package that I didn't order and I was having a problem with the app. This order was appearing without a rating/bring received. I have adjusted your rating. Thanks for providing the tracking...I didn't get an email confirmation of delivery either.
