Packaging was extremely durable and well packaged, product functions perfectly. I did notice leaking after I brewed a cup of coffee. Though, that’s not the sellers fault has to do with this model. But for the price, it’s great! Thank you 😊 Seller responses were great, fast shipping, and product in mint condition other than noted cosmetic issue! 💕
