If jacket had been ready to wear this would be five stars. Must be dry cleaned, not sure if smell is moth balls or other storage chemical, but the item smells terrible. Was packed haphazardly, no tissue or folding to preserve shape. Will be lovely once fully dry cleaned and pressed. Update - appreciate seller reaching out quickly and graciousness in attempting to rectify. Great experience because of responsiveness.
