These boots, other than the missing heel which was shown in the seller's listing, are very beautiful boots. I polished them upon arrival which removed the scuffs on the snip toe making them invisible. They're next stop is to a cobbler to replace the missing heel. But, I must say that this is my first pair of Ariat boots. I am really happy with this purchase from the seller, and the boots themselves. Considering the expected cost of the needed heel repair the seller priced the boots affordably so that the overall cost to restore the boots and to return them to a pristine condition would be reasonable. I really appreciated that. The photos and description were accurate so I had a clear expectation of exactly the boots I was purchasing. That accuracy was appreciated too. I am rating the seller five of five stars. This is a seller from buyers can purchase in full confidence.
