This seller is awesome! My package for some reason was never scanned in. I had no idea it was even in limbo until she messaged me to let me know that tracking wasnt updating even though she shipped it and she would contact her post office to help track it down. In all my years of online thrifting, Ive had a few packages go missing. It has been my experience that most sellers dont care and make the buyer do the investigating/filling forms etc. but not this seller! She was beyond helpful and on top of it! The next morning it scanned in at my local post office and was delivered! This dress is everything dreams are made of! I love it and it arrived in great condition and packaged well. Im beyond happy with my purchase and thrilled with how thoughtful and caring this seller is.
