I gave the earrings a five star but am very dissatisfied with packaging. Photos of listing was shown with Kendra Scott dust bag and made no mention of the sale not to include the dust bag. These earrings have various shapes and were sent in a burlap bag, they were tangled in the bag. I took my time and got them removed from the bag but could have been a disaster. Very disappointing and frankly I think the KS dust bag should still be sent to me!
