Product came as pictured! No damages or significant wear and tear. One thing I would improve on is that there was either animal or human hair on/in the shoes. No problem, just brushed it off before trying on. Overall great experience!😊

The order was boxed perfect and the boots were just as described. Kara was super helpful in answering my questions. She even included a thoughtful card in the package.
