Me and my building owe a huge apology to you. I searched for this package as soon as you let me know it was delivered. It showed delivered on my account, but the box was no where to be found... ...until late this evening. Thank you for sending this elephant head with such specific care. He is gorgeous and I love him. My original intent in purchasing him was due to a previous purchase of two heads that I was going to share and loved them both so much, this one was purchased as a compromise. Now the problem is I love this one, too! Outstanding product and thank you for your communication! I am sorry my new building and me were unable to identify the package upon its arrival. I am so happy to have worked with you!
