Received the fur Tecnica black and tan vintage snow boots this morning. They ARE 38 size, but I know what you are saying re "a bit small". They WILL work for me though as long as I utilize my other OTC sole cushions which focus on the heel but only smooth the front AND wear thinner socks. These ARE more sleek/dressier than many other forms of the brand. I was able to find several at low enough discount to experience them this winter. One I have to glue the sole back on, but will not complain as they are otherwise great. These others are 39 and 40, which should be enormous on me, but NOT TO REAL FOLKS who live in climates where winter is way below "freezing" and even below zero F. All feet are different as is every shoe and boot, so I now wear boots exclusively since sizing up as I do would find them all falling off! Thanks for passing on a treasure from your own trove as you too explore "walking in other people's shoes". You kept them lovely. :)
