***** The 5 stars is because the actual tumbler was not damaged and survived with no cushion or protection. She's a strong 🍍😊 However...This packaging is EXACTLY what gives resellers a bad reputation. Have some respect for people's money they spend with you and at least pretend to care about the merchandise you are selling. This is a collector tumbler you mailed with no protection and the collector tag is damaged. Price your items to cover your shipping expenses or invest in yourself. I sell and ship tumblers myself and this is just completely unacceptable packaging of a Starbucks Tumbler.
