The hat arrived faster than expected and was nicely packaged for safe shipping. It looks brand new! I miss all of the hotel merchandise at the Tower of Terror gift shop and I was so excited to find this hat! It’s already in the Disney display cabinet. Excellent seller, thanks so much!

Excellent experience . I received my product in a timely manner other than my postal service on my receiving end which was no fault to her shipping and I notified her from my side and she was gracious and understanding . The product was brand new and just as described.
