So happy with this Posher's Closet and this Posher's Customer Service skills are superb! She answered all my questions promptly. She notified me immediately upon my purchase that she would ship the next day. Then she promptly notified me that she had shipped it. Each item was individually wrapped and placed in a protective shipping box. Included was a handwritten thank you note and a beautiful and fashionable thank you gift- a striking flower and feather fashion pin. Very happy with her customer service skills. Will definitely buy from her again!
