Only problem was packaging. I am not sure if the problem was created by seller or USPS. I received package, Monday, 8/15/22 and box was almost destroyed. The top was half home with only packing tape on one side holding purse in. Tissue paper was hanging out top only being held because of the tape. Even though the box was in such disarray, the purse exposed did not seem to damaged in any way. It is beautiful and I love it.
