Were shipped quickly and in practically new condition except for a small rip, but definitely can't complain considering the price was quite a bargain. If you have to deal with another pair of snakeskin boots, I recommend stuffing them right away with newspapers, to keep them from creasing and reducing the risk of scales falling off. Not saying that is what happened with these, but just wanted to give advise on something you might not deal with often.
