Item arrived just as described! They went over the top to make sure the shoes arrived in perfect condition. Not only did they do that, they also wrote a personal hand written thank you note. Honestly, I wouldn’t have thought anything of it if they just sent the shoes and box but they went above & beyond and wrapped each shoe in a separate plastic bag with each its own paper towel and then on top of that put those two bags into 1 sturdy plastic target bag. They were quick to get the order shipped out, there was a weather delay in shippers area but obviously they have no control over the weather. Overall I am beyond happy with my purchase and glad I can support a small business.
