I took a chance on this because, from the Etsy-style custom tag, it looked handmade. However, It took me a little bit of looking at it before I was actually able to determine I'd been right. Whoever Sonja Wilson is, her sewing skills are professional level. I'm very impressed with the quality of this blouse/jacket.
