I was on my way out, wanted to wear my new UGG's because the temperature was in the low 20's. So I slipped one foot into the boot and said. "OH NO!! These boots don't nearly fit me!! What a bummer!" I put my hand inside the boot to see what was stopping my foot from fitting and lo & behold, you had put tissue paper inside to help the boots keep their shape!! I am such a DOOFUS!! The boots are great! Fit perfectly and they do look as if they are new. SO WARM! I'm extremely happy with my purchase & I know I will get a whole lot of wear out of them.
