Where do I begin? Let's talk about the packaging...you individually wrapped each shoe which I thought was such a nice little touch. I usually don't like used shoes, but if the picture looks good I go for it. You did not disappoint. The leather is so soft and the shoes were well maintained. I will keep a lookout for more items in your closet. I really love these. I have to start wearing lower heels, or midterms that have a chunky heal. These are perfect!
