Lindsay was so kind and quick to answer any questions I had. She was also quick to update me on when she planned on shipping out my item and followed through in a very timely manner. I’m so thrilled about this mug, I’ve been on the lookout for it for a number of years now. She also did a very thorough packing job to keep my item nice and safe!
