I gave a 5 star rating, because my experience probably won't happen to another buyer, but, should be noted. This transaction has discouraged me from "trading." I was approached to trade after I had liked one of her items (this doesn't always mean you want to buy). I was new to Poshmark, and it was for $10-type items, so I was open to it. After I paid $6 ( plus shipping) for her adjusted $13 bcbg sweater, and she paid $3 (plus shipping) for my $10 adjusted dress, we "traded." She received my item, and at that point, I was told she couldn't find the bcbg sweater at her home (days after the transaction, and after she received mine). Then I felt forced to pick something else from her closet, and felt discouraged from trading ever again, because, if I want something, I will buy it. Anyway, I liked the other item; a scarf and bonus bracelets, and wore them yesterday at Disneyland! Imagine if my dress was a larger, more valuable item, and I was even more disappointed.
