This is a lovely girl's rose print velvet tiered dress. There is a small run in the top tier in the front of the dress that looks like it was made by a snag from a ring or something similar. I will need to stitch the gather to try to make sure that the run does not continue down the fabric. But it is barely noticeable so I'm sure you missed it as you looked over the dress. I still gave you 5 stars. Thank you!
