Tee is new, with tags, just as described. Perfect condition. I have been burned so many times, buying Chico's tops that had ben laundered improperly, and shrunk. I was excited to find many items, in this closet,that are new. Packaging was nicely done,with a friendly note. Shipping was super fast. I only wish that seller had responded to notes that I left. There are other things that I would have liked to bundle
