No fault of the seller! I always wear a 9.5 and was told these run small. I just didn't realize how small! Very, very tight. I will be trying to get them stretched. The product and ship time was perfect.

I can’t thank you enough! I found this exact pair at a value village near me for like $6 but they were 3 sizes too small and I was devastated because I’ve been looking for cute good quality professional shorter heels and then I found these here and was so excited
