Materials Used - We would like to request a refund for this item, although, I understand the item was accepted when this rating was initially given. As a seller, I promptly accepted the order based on the quick shipping, however, I had not taken the item out of the zip lock bag to use it. Later, when I did, the material used for the ear loops (I guess you'd call them) is fraying and shredding everytime it is touch. Unfortunately, it is nearly impossible to communicate between buyers and sellers on here so please respond I guess in the comments of item listing? Thank you
