It says it was sealed but one of the decks inside was not in its box even though it was sealed shut. It had a rubber band around it. It’s ok though bc it had all the cards.

Exactly as described, I’m very pleased with my purchase! I bought this when my granddaughter showed me a picture of her favorite cup that broke and this was the same cup design. She has received it and is a very happy young lady, lol.
