The bag is beautiful, but I also want to mention how great the seller is! She was there every step of the way, great communication, beyond what I am accustomed too! She made sure the item got to me and notified me of any complications in the mailing process, which did end up occurring lol (but it wasn't a big deal). I was just pleasantly surprised to receive that kind of treatment. Excellent communication. And of course the bag is gorgeous, great buy:)
