Thanks for your patience while I attempted to get something straightened out with customer support which never came to fruition. However, I gave the shoes to my daughter to try on. Her feet are a little bigger than mine and they were loose on her too. No more Montana brand shoes for me. BUT, as a Seller, good job. Thank you!
