I highly recommend this seller, who went to the time and expense of dry cleaning this raincoat's lining before shipping. Moreover, she provided regular delivery status updates. This was exceptional customer service.

This lovely seller was just awesome to deal with. She offered a beautiful item and it was described accurately. Her pictures were perfect. She is an absolute dream to deal with. She was a quick shipper. The item was wrapped very well. She followed up with me at every turn. She checked to see if everything was good with the item once I received it. And overall I feel like if I lived close to her we could be best friends. She is an excellent seller with an excellent item and excellent service. I cannot recommend her enough.
