At no fault of the sellers the item sizing is off, the item was listed as an 8 and I wear a 7 and couldn't get my foot in them. I had asked about sizing and the seller said she wasn't sure because they weren't her size so clearly she wasn't aware of the issue with koolaburra's sizing.The item shipped fast and arrived as pictured new & in the original box. I've never purchased koolaburra maybe their sizing is always screwy. I'm also new to postmark
