Seller was resonsive and shipped the items well. I think the shirts are clean and good quality. However, I was expecting a slightly warmer/thicker shirt since it said "flannel" but I got a realatively thin button down shirt with a plaid print. I wouldn't relaly consider the pink shirt to be a "flannel" but it is a lovely plaid.
