@maddi8815 I was absolutely positively blown away with this delivery. This sellers generosity was so unexpected!! There was a couple hiccups that delayed shipping. "Maddi" was upset herself because she didn't get the bag out as quickly as she wanted. I believe it was 8 days from purchase to ship. She kept me up to date, and notified. This was so much more than I have in countered in the past with a few other purchases. Never have I had anyone apologize, or gift an extra item. Maddie gifted me 2 extra items!! It wasn't the gifts but was the sincerity in her apology that will keep me happily buying from her. Thank you, and you were a little too harsh on the condition of the original purchased bag. It is in terrific condition with very very little to no signs of wear on the exterior. The interior is also in very good, really great shape. It's like the bag wasn't used, at all or just a special occasion or two. It's a Fabulous, fantastic, fun bag!! Thank you Maddie!!
