There was a gum pack left in the purse and some of the gum got on the strap. So just be extra careful with checking next time and for a leather bag maybe wrap it in tissue or something just to protect it from the inside of the cardboard box since things tend to get beat up in transit. Thanks for such fast shipping and great communication :)
