Maddie was quick to offer refund when the joggers didn’t show up to me in the same shape that she sent them. Slow turn around by postal service and less than clean storage by USPS delivered a package that wasn’t in great shape. I loved the joggers so I kept them but appreciated Maddie offering refund. I would buy from her again because of her honesty and willingness to fix any problems encountered!
