I received this in perfect condition but my only complaint is the package it. It was packed in another box that wasn’t sealed/taped, and the box that was holding that box got ruined I believe thru the usps. Which caused it to be open and that could have caused the watch to fall out, since it was sealed in. Luckily it didn’t fall out
