Thank you!! well I should have inspected a little bit better so it's my fault as well but the buckle strap was broken in two spots and we didn't realize until my daughter went to put them on after she got them on Easter. It isn't broken totally through but it is going to cost over $25 to send them in to get that fixed so that's really a bummer because I could have bought a brand new pair for less. I will be sure to inspect better in the future but you might want to inspect also and make sure that everything that's wrong is listed.
