Clearly new because they are still very stiff and slippery 😂. There is one scratch but it’s hardly noticeable.. shoes are super cute.... I’m going to add on somethings like heel inserts since they are still very new and are easily going to cause blisters... as well as non slip padding on the bottom because these shoes are crazy slippery lol. But even though there are imperfections that I have to fix it’s totally worth it because it just means the shoes are still in amazing condition!
