I just want to sing the praises of @magstraut. When I first ordered this item, it was accidentally shipped to the wrong address, but just appeared to be missing for about two weeks. @magstraut remained kind and patient throughout the whole process, and agreed to accept my original offer a second time and to ship this item to me once it made its way back to her from the wrong address. She was a total pro and so friendly about the whole mix-up, and now I have my beloved Mott & Bow black skinny jeans and I couldn't be happier. Thanks again @magstraut for your patience and perseverance on this order!

Great turnaround time for the purchase! I know it’s not your fault as you were just going off the tag, but these are definitely not a 32” inseam and are, unfortunately, nowhere near long enough for me.
