I moved it up to five stars because I’m not trying to send negativity anyone’s way. I was initially disappointed that it would take a full week to ship (most put a vacation notice up so the customer is aware of that before purchasing). I said no problem. Then when they didn’t ship by that already long date, I was bummed, politely asked when they would, and got no response, just saw the package shipped. Then when it arrived in a tattered box with zero protective wrapping or packaging, it was disappointing. I’m happy to just leave the rating at five stars so it doesn’t hurt your average since the item was a good price and as listed. For reference, I’ve never left anything but a 5 star review for all purchases. I’m not interested in dinging anyone’s rating. Hope that helps clarify, and my sincere best wishes to you.
