Thank you so much for going above any beyond. When I ordered this top, I noticed the waist tie was missing, but accepted that as part of the conditions of the sale. When I opened up my package, I was delighted to discover that the tie was there, along with a handwritten note explaining that the tie had been found and included in the shipment. I love my new top and can't wait to wear it!
